Reiki is the energy that connects our higher self

with everything around us.
We can use Reiki energy to help us balance
our own energy and bodies.


Reiki is a form of hands-on healing that has its origins in India and the East dating back many thousands of years. 


Reiki works on the Body, Mind, and Spirit by stimulating a person’s own natural healing abilities. This allows and opens the blocked emotional and physical elements to be cleared. You will find abundant research has been done demonstrating the positive effects Reiki offers individuals for pain, relaxation OR seeking an overall sense of well-being.


A typical Reiki session is usually between 60 and 90 minutes in length. You will be fully clothed while choosing to comfortably recline on a massage table or be seated in a chair. The session is performed by a Certified Reiki Practitioner or Certified Master Teacher (CRP or CMT) using specific Reiki hand positions and is administered on OR above the body.


You will find receiving Reiki energy pleasant and relaxing ~ bringing balance and harmony to each individual.

I have also been a practitioner of the OMnium Energy Healing Method for a number of years through my training with Caroline Cory. This powerful and safe healing method directly targets the root cause of your physical or mental pain that is deeply embedded in your conscious, subconscious and cellular memory.
