I came upon the sign below at a beautiful retreat center called Mystica in Costa Rica. The message reads...“The Experience Is The Teacher”. What a great statement this is. Everything we learn in life is by expereince. Think of these lessons and experiences as assisting or guiding you in taking the next step. Don't question, be patient, and just "allow" it to unfold!

As you roll over the picture below, check out the rainbow taken in the French Pyrenees in France on a hiking trip near Mt. Canigou. This particular rainbow appeared in the sky through a "circle". It was one of 2 rainbows seen that day. Truly magical!
